ROKAE XB7 Series

The ROKAE XB7 Series is an industrial robot family consisting of two models with a 7 kg payload: the XB7 with 707 mm reach and the XB7L with 906 mm reach. The XB7 model operates more precisely and quietly with ±0.02 mm repeatability and a ≤70 dB(A) noise level, while the longer-armed XB7L covers a wider working range with ±0.03 mm repeatability and a ≤80 dB(A) noise level. Both models have an IP67 rating and can be floor- or ceiling-mounted.

The standout design feature of the XB7 model is its hollow-wrist structure; by allowing cables and hoses to be routed through the wrist, it keeps the gripper and feed lines neatly guided without dangling on the outside. We make particular use of this feature in custom machine feeding cells and on frequently moving axes to extend cable life.

With the XB7 Series we build assembly cells, poka-yoke verification stations and customer-specific machine integrations; the shorter-reach XB7 suits tight cells, while the XB7L suits stations that need a somewhat wider working range.
