ROKAE SR Series

The ROKAE SR Series is a much smaller and lighter collaborative robot family than the CR Series: with a 3-5 kg payload and 705-919 mm reach, it fits into tabletop and tight cells. Both models operate with ±0.03 mm repeatability and, thanks to force/torque sensing, can perform precise placement by sensing contact force. The body is rated IP54; the LightCab control unit, weighing approximately 2.4 kg, is the series' most compact control cabinet and is powered by 48 VDC.

We build the SR Series especially for small-part assembly, screwdriving and poka-yoke verification cells on space-constrained lines. The robot's compact body and lightweight control cabinet allow it to be integrated into an existing workbench or a tight station without setting aside extra cabinet space.

The difference between the SR3-3/0.7C and SR5-5/0.9C models appears in payload and reach; if the need is small electronic-part assembly, the SR3 is preferred, while the SR5 is preferred at stations requiring somewhat larger parts or greater reach.
