ROKAE NB4 Series

The ROKAE NB4 Series is the smallest industrial robot in the NB family: with a 4 kg payload and 475-580 mm reach, it is especially suited to tabletop and compact cells. The NB4-4/0.47 and NB4h-4/0.58 models carry the same 4 kg load; the difference between them lies in reach, with the NB4h having a slightly longer arm. Both models operate with ±0.02 mm repeatability and, thanks to their IP67 rating, withstand industrial production environments. With a noise level of ≤70 dB(A), they remain unobtrusive even in cells operating close to the operator.

This series is not collaborative but a classic industrial robot; the priority is speed and repeatability precision. We deploy the NB4 Series for high-precision assembly of small parts, at transducerized screwdriving stations and in poka-yoke verification cells. The floor- or ceiling-mounting option provides layout flexibility on tight production lines.

For example, on an electronics or small mechanical-parts line, we integrate the NB4 Series into a station that verifies screw-tightening torque with a transducer, or into a poka-yoke cell that checks whether a part is correctly positioned.
