ROKAE NB25h Series

About the Series
Although the ROKAE NB25h Series shares the same 12-35 kg payload range as the NB25, it differs from it in two important respects: it offers a longer reach of 1836-2258 mm and, with ±0.03 mm repeatability, operates more precisely than the NB25's ±0.05 mm. It consists of three models: NB25h-12/2.2, NB25h-25/1.8 and NB25h-35/1.8. The body is rated IP65 and the wrist IP67.
The series' distinctive design detail is the 57 mm-wide hollow diameter in its wrist and its quasi-hypoid gear architecture; this structure combines orderly routing of the cable and hose through the wrist with higher precision. For this reason, the NB25h Series is a more suitable choice than the NB25 for work requiring both long reach and high repeatability.
With the NB25h Series we build transducerized screwdriving stations, precision-demanding assembly cells and custom machine integrations. Its long-armed, precise structure enables the robot to reliably find screwdriving points that require tight tolerances, even while reaching into a wide working range.
