ROKAE NB25 Series

The ROKAE NB25 industrial robot family is a broad series of five models with a 12-35 kg payload and 1617-2110 mm reach: NB25-12/2.1, NB25-20/2.0, NB25-25/1.8, NB25-30/1.6 and NB25-35/1.8. The manufacturer states that this series increases payload by 25% over the previous generation. All models operate with ±0.05 mm repeatability; the body is rated IP65 and the wrist area IP67.

Five different reach-payload combinations let us select the model best suited to the weight of the part on the customer's line and the distance between the robot and the feed point: the NB25-12/2.1 can be chosen for cells requiring long reach, and the NB25-30/1.6 for heavier but shorter-reach work.

We engineer the NB25 Series especially in injection-mold loading/unloading cells, at sprue-cutting stations and in general assembly/palletizing cells. The floor- or ceiling-mounting option also lets us position the robot above or beside the machine according to the layout of the mold line.
