ROKAE NB220 Series

The ROKAE NB220 Series is the industrial robot family with the highest power and widest working range in the ROKAE portfolio, with a 150-220 kg payload and 2705-3201 mm reach. It consists of three models: the NB220-150/3.2 has the longest reach (3201 mm) but the lowest payload (150 kg), while the NB220-220/2.7 offers the highest payload (220 kg) with a shorter reach (2705 mm). The body is rated IP65 and the wrist IP67; repeatability varies between ±0.07 and ±0.08 mm depending on the model.

A notable feature of the series is that, unlike the other NB models, it is designed for floor mounting only; ceiling mounting is not available in this series. This shows that the NB220 Series is designed for heavy-industry cells where heavy, large-volume parts are handled and the robot is positioned on a solid floor platform.

With the NB220 Series we engineer large-part loading/unloading cells, heavy palletizing stations and large-scale custom machine feeding cells. Its high payload and wide reach enable large-scale cell designs in which a single robot covers multiple stations.
