ROKAE NB12 Series

The ROKAE NB12 Series is an industrial robot family designed for medium-scale part handling, positioned above the NB4 and XB7 with a 10-16 kg payload and 1102-1602 mm reach. It consists of three models: the NB12-10/1.6 has the longest reach, the NB12-16/1.1 the highest payload, and the NB12-12/1.4 a balanced value between the two. All models operate with ±0.03 mm repeatability; the body is rated IP67 and the control cabinet IP54.

The series' standout feature is that its base mounting dimensions can shrink to as little as 250x250 mm, offering a footprint roughly 47% smaller than its class; this provides a layout advantage in tight cells or in projects where a robot is added to existing lines after the fact. Thanks to dual-circuit heat dissipation, the robot is suitable for continuous production on lines running at high cycle counts.

We deploy the NB12 Series in machine feeding cells, at sprue-cutting stations for injection-molded or cast parts, and in general assembly cells. Its small footprint is especially decisive in custom machine projects that must fit next to an existing CNC machine or press line.
