Corporate responsibility

Our Policies

Core commitments guiding decisions in engineering, manufacturing, automation, software, field and service work.

Corporate policies

Working principles defined around our activities

Our policies address technical responsibility together with occupational safety, resource efficiency and ethical conduct.

01

Our Quality Policy

We regard quality as an integrated outcome extending from a correct understanding of customer and process requirements to after-sales technical responsibility.

  • Clarify customer needs, process conditions, specifications and acceptance criteria before work begins.
  • Conduct design, manufacturing, software and integration through defined controls and in coordination with one another.
  • Evaluate products and components against technical requirements, safety, maintainability and life-cycle considerations.
  • Record verification, testing and commissioning results in a traceable manner.
  • Address nonconformities through root-cause thinking rather than only correcting their outcome.
  • Evaluate supplier and business-partner quality against the scope and technical expectations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, traceable changes and information integrity between relevant teams.
  • Learn from feedback, continuously improve processes and maintain after-sales technical responsibility.
02

Our Occupational Health and Safety Policy

From custom-machine manufacturing to site installation, we treat occupational health and safety as a shared responsibility requiring planning, competence and participation.

  • Comply with applicable occupational health and safety legislation and work-specific rules.
  • Identify hazards systematically, assess risks and reduce them at source wherever practicable.
  • Support task-appropriate training, information and competence, and ensure correct use of necessary personal protective equipment.
  • Treat machine safety as a shared requirement across design, manufacturing, testing and use.
  • Apply energy isolation, prevention of unexpected movement and safe-maintenance principles during interventions.
  • Control risks specific to electrical and automation work, CNC machining, welding, mechanical assembly and manufacturing.
  • Assess site, travel, installation, service, contractor and visitor risks before work starts.
  • Support reporting and review of near misses and events, and learning to prevent recurrence.
  • Strengthen emergency preparedness and employee participation in safety work.
  • Continuously improve practices and risk controls in light of experience.
03

Our Environment and Sustainability Policy

In design and production decisions, we consider efficient resource use, maintainability and reduced environmental impact together.

  • Use energy, raw materials and time efficiently and in line with process needs.
  • Consider long-life, maintainable and, where feasible, modular or reusable systems.
  • Reduce waste and manage metal, electronic and packaging waste through appropriate separation and responsible handling.
  • Evaluate technical options that improve process efficiency and reduce unnecessary energy use and repeated work.
  • Comply with applicable environmental legislation and obligations.
  • Consider environmental impact and life cycle together with technical requirements in sourcing, component and design decisions.
  • Review working methods that affect environmental performance and support continuous improvement.
04

Our Ethical Principles

We conduct business relationships on the basis of honesty, transparency, mutual respect and compliance with law.

  • Provide accurate, clear and non-misleading information in records, quotations, contracts and communications.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose and manage situations that may arise appropriately.
  • Reject bribery, facilitation payments and improper benefits, and act in accordance with fair competition.
  • Use confidential information belonging to customers, employees, suppliers and business partners only for authorised purposes.
  • Respect intellectual property, technical documents, software and commercial information.
  • Stand against discrimination and harassment and support a safe, inclusive and respectful working environment.
